$45,000 for that price should have a $30,000 cash rebate. KBB lists the retail on that car at $19600.00 with 8000 miles on it.

Something else that bothers me. "The original tires are in excellent condition" I would think the original tires would be dry rotted. Or with so few miles on the car have a flat spot on them.
Things that scream Double check this. Would want a carfax report. Instr cluster could have been replaced.....

Few month ago, in california. A dealer had a clean 1999 s600 <<< the ultimate year and model w140....with only 15k, and was owned by an nba player who played with the hornet...and he sold it for 40k........
You can get a 97 s420 with 55k or so, for around 19...if you do a good search..

PERFECT S420!!!
I am the owner of the S420 vehicle on Ebay...The car is ABSOLUTLY PERFECT. Not a single Flaw!!! It was kept in a climate controlled garage and started every 2-3 weeks! The Car comes with all records and the Paint is ALL ORIGINAL! The steering wheel was changed out to a wood/leather one for cosmetic purposes! Original will be included as well. I am only selling to make room for a new SL.
The Reserve is really LOW!!! So if you are looking for the Newest W140 this is IT!
