Got the AMG quad exhaust on!!
Recently installed on my S430, looks awesome and produced a very faint rumble over stock. The stock resonators remain, only installed the S55 muffler canisters.
Will removing the resonator create a louder sound OR deeper sound ? I am interested in deeper, not louder
I have done a few searches, most of the info is coming from E55 sub-forum. What are your thoughts....
Thanks

Steve had a spare set of mufflers from his last US tour, at a nice price so I jumped on it. I should check with him on the resonators.
I do not think removing the resonators will produce what I'm looking for.....

Real Nice Job!! I want to do it...what are the details? I think that really dresses up the rear of your car. It appears that there was no interference with the stock bumper and your car is a non AMG.

AMG appearance package is the way to go
Sprink
With the AMG bumper the muffler shop was able to bend the each muffler hanger arm to allow the tips to fit neatly and without cutting
I makes for a great look, truly finishes off the back end of the car, plus the
'03 tail lights help too
