A S430 or S500 "sport" basically comes with the AMG trim and wheels I believe.
I don't like them because anyone can tell they're just fake tips. They don't connect to the mufflers directly.
I'd rather replace both of my mufflers and get real ones.

My brother got them from some guy on E-Bay. The package came from Taiwan. They are stainless and form a solid connection to the down pipe from the mufflers. The thing I noticed about these vs. others is that these only have an inlet and two outlets. The exhaust exits the rear and no where else. I got them at Christmas and was up north in the cold...I noticed on cold mornings that the hot exhaust only came out the rear as it should. Some tips that are available are no more than a "shotgun tube" with an angled pipe connection that forms a tee.
These form a small chamber at the base of the connection outlet and siamese into the dual outlets.
They weren't hard to install...20 minutes tops. I was thinking about using them as a template and make some myself with a pipe bender and welder which would be a slight improvement but these still look good. The local MB dealer parts department here sells these for $400/set.
