mine came ups too but arrived in a fedex box and truck...lol strange

i have a '00 s500 but no keyless go option. Can I buy a key that has keyles go features to work with my car or do I have to take it to the dealer to get keyless go installed?

Then again, any Mercedes dealer can look up someone's address and in turn find out the VIN to their cars and have a key made.

After I faxed them my reg and license I replyed to the e-mail (two seperate time) that requested I fax my reg and license info to confirm that they received my faxes and the order is moving along but they have not replyed back to my e-mails.

I also faxed my stuff again and included my order number on the faxes.

before anyone else posts another question similiar to this read everything benznodubz said in the first post and like the next couple of his post... no need to repeat info...and plus benznodubz is very very honest and is a smart guy im know he wouldnt order a key from just anyplace.... hes not gonna pass info that he doesnt believe in.... and before you post a question please read the entire post its probably already answered
P.S.. i dont mean to be rude itt just gets kind of tiring answering questions over and over again that are already answered

good news and bad news...........
the good news is.. I finally got the very cool new key today that arrived in the FedEx envelop but delivered by ups...
the bad news is... i ordered 2 sets of them, but i only found 1 set inside the package.

so I have e-mailed, faxed, and left a voice mail to Jamie and hoping he will reply to me shortly....

has anyone here order 2 sets of keys and had got them both? do they come in two different packages?

Jammie never replyed to my e-mails or faxes that he/she recieved my faxes. However, I just received an e-mail that I will receive my key by FedEx tomorrow.

I never did get a reply from Jamie on the availability of a keyless go key.
