You are thinking along the correct path, but to get the amount of air that we need theres not enough room to fit a large enough filter. I have explore that style of design but in my opnion it just wont work to get the volume of air we need.

I appreciate the kind words. I am no boss, Im just highly enthusiastic about getting the most out of my car when we are extremely limited with both parts and information on our 600 platform. If you spoke to Kleemann, I think you are referring to Cory or Brandon. I know of one person using their software on a SL65 with good results. If my car was stock they would be one of the first tuners I would turn to for tuning. Hope this helps man!!

Hey guys,
I too have a 2003 S600 and would like to tune it if possible without spending a fortune.
What is the solution for the airbox
and what do i need to do to remove the speed cap, I'm stuck at 130mph
and if theres anything else i can do please let me know.
also I would maybe consider lowering it a tad.
