Hi all,
How many miles are spark plugs typically replaced on a V12 engine (02 CL600).
Thanks in advance,

Thanks, fool
I was told 60k or 5 years by the dealer.
Car is in for a B service. I was quoted around $600.00, and now the bill is coming in at $2500.00 (just maintenance, no other repairs needed).
Dealer said spark plugs were due, but I would have thought they were good for 100k. Car is an 02 CL600 with 40k miles.
I guess thats why they call it the STEALership.

I just replaced mine myself..took about 3 hrs..61,000 miles.
The old ones looked ok but hard to tell by looks. I paid 9.60 ea for the plugs from Europarts..

First take off the air ducts and the air cleaner.
Remove the wires to the coil paks.
remove the coil paks by removig 4 bolts. (special Torque head M12 but a 8 mm socket will work..
Then pull straight away from engine.
Pull all the red rubber boots off the plugs.
5/8 spark plug socket and remove the plugs.
install the new ones with anti seize compound on the threads.
Install all new boots with small amount of Silicone dielectric grease on each end.
Carefully slide the coil paks back on and reinstall all the bolts but be careful not to strip them out.
