Replacement Command Unit
I recently replaced my old Command unit (the old one broke) with a working unit. The new unit came with older NAV CD's (1999 I believe). I have the latest NAV CD's, but when I put them in, the Command Unit does not recognize them. Is there an "upgrade" that needs to be done so the Command unit will read the new NAV CD's?
While I am trying to fix this problem, I am also willing to sell the new Command unit, the CD changer and even willing to sell my Argos Bluetooth Kit (AIK/D2B). Which integrates really easily into the existing wiring system.
I am willing to sell all of this because I am planning on upgrading the entire stereo system later this month, and all of these part will no longer be useful. They all are in good working condition.

It sounds like you bought a C COMAND, which takes different CDs than the later D COMAND. They haven't made new versions of the C CDs for a few years now. You can confirm it by following the instructions in this thread:
