The plate says 'diplomatic mission' in arabic muhri, thats why its yello this is what a standard kuwaiti plate and our replacement looks like

Yep, I see that it says Diplomatic mission - and I know what a Kuwaiti license would like thats why I thought its a govt plate (the yellow one that is)
