Hey everyone just saying hello, I just purchased an S500 and am loving it so far. What can I expect to run in the quarter mile if i decide to run it. And what modifications should I do first to make it faster? thanks for the help ahead of time!!!

Yup, it's funny. Obviously NOT a question from the owner of an MB dealership. I am amazed at folks who want to treat a fine luxury sedan as a race car - they just miss the concept of what the car is about. They'd be better off with a Honda sporting a fart can. Literally.

Anyway, sclassdud (you might think twice about that screen name; it may not communicate what you think it does), welcome to the forum - which I hope you will find helpful in pointing out the finer points of your car.

Should've bought a different 'benz that's faster. Considering you own a dealership it should'nt be hard to trade it for something faster.
