i'm pretty sure you need to get your brake pads replaced.

i had the same thing last year and got it replaced at the dealership. cant remember how much it was though. where are you located?

I remember on my old 2006 S500, it cost around $600-700 to get them replaced. I'm not sure if it will for you though, because of your location, year, and model...

Does anyone know how to turn this error off. I replaced my rotors and brake pads and sensors because the racing pads I had glazed over, so now i have to clear out that error and its been about a month now.

The error clears itself as soon as the sensors are replaced. If you have a bad sensor the error still exists.

The "brake lining wear" message just means the brake pad sensors have worn through. Whole job in the UK including OEM pads and sensors comes to around £100, so thats ~$200USD.

Not a big deal at all

replaced brake pads and the sensor yesterday but the brake wear message is still there

Will replacing the sensor again fix this problem? Faulty sensor perhaps?

Make sure your sensor is seated properly. I changed my own brakes and didnt seat the sensor properly and still had the error. Once I went back in to see what was going on, i found the problem.

The sense needs to be pushed in pretty deep.
