If it's a squeaking sound, that's usually attributed to lack of brake grease or shims. When you put the new pads on did you include the shims and did you grease them well before installing?

I installed my new brake pads 10,000km ago now I'm going to do the front rotors now. I will see if they make any squeaking noise. Well I'm going in my garage now to do my brakes

grease only lasts till it rains. Use anti squeal compound, ( Blue ) ir in my case I had a applied a small layer of hight temp orange silicone between the pad and the shim, then between the shim and the piston. or pad support for the other side.
grease works on the pins but it doesn't last long. I bought new hardware and my problem was solved.
