Ventilated seat question

When i turn on my ventilated seats i can't feel anything, i can hear the van but not cool air on the driver or passenger side. its the same thing in my brother-in-law's CL500. what am i supposed to be looking for or am I missing something?

you will hear the fans more than you'll feel the air! they don't get that cold. at least mine don't. i've been told that's normall.

they aren't air conditioned, just vented. They will not blow you away, but it does prevent you back from sweating.

LOL LOL, I feel so cheated, I didn't wanna say anything but I thought I was alone in not being able to feel anything. I would just sit there and wait on it, and it never came. Just the noise LOL.
