Damn dumb tow truck driver!!!!

Ok yesterday I got my car towed using AAA cause my serpentine belt broke. Well we he arrived at the destination i noticed he drove the car down without letting the air bags rise (car was dropped all the way) I quickly ran to him to stop him but it was too late, he already scrapped the front bumper. Well I fixed the belt and noticed a major oil leak!! I looked under and noticed a hole the size of a quarter on the plastic cover with rust mark around it. Well the driver had the hooks right under the front end of my car so the hook pierced a hole in my oil pan.

That hook must have been tugged HARD to cause a hole in the pan... OR... since he did not raise the car and let it roll off the truck bed in its lowest position, maybe the oil pan got the hole from hitting the ground?

Hit went down fast! What stopped the car was the bumper on the asphalt.

Nothing should have been hooked under the car anyway. That is what the towing eye bolt is for, and the it is supposed to be secured to the flatbed via wheel straps.

Damn redneck tow truck drivers. You have to keep a close eye on em'. Last year I had my Volvo wagon towed when I broke a front wheel axle. The front wheels were locked up, and he backed his tow bed square into bumper, smashing both fog lights and messing up the lower part of the bumper. After all that, he was still asking for his payment! I told him to get lost! Haha

Sorry to hear about yours man, stay on top of that and make sure it gets repaired. That's uncalled for.
