Just some pics of my 2000 S500 after I installed the tails from Ansonnn and Carlsson 1/6 Evo rims from Tirerack.

2007 S550 Sport
The rims are 18" all around on 245/45. The ride is actually pretty damn nice. It's been a while since there has ever been anything smaller than 18" on the car, though, so I don't remember how it rode with 16"s. I wanted to go bigger, but with the roads in NYC the way they are, I stuck with 18. I am very impressed with the rims. Carlsson's diamond cut finish is very brilliant when clean. Looks much better on the car than the AMGs the car came with, IMHO. Thanks everyone for the compliments.
