Nice! These solid German engines can go on for yonks. My father-in-law had an '87 BMW 3 series convertible that had 440,000 miles on it when he sold it last year. You'd think nobody would want a car with that kind of mileage but it was sold within two days and the guy bought it without test driving it!

It seems like once these W220's get over the 50-60K mile hump and put ABC/Airmatic issues behind them, they run relatively trouble-free for a long, long time.

Heh, yeah - the ABC issues were done right before I bought the car, thankfully. I've done a good amount of maintenance, but all stuff that goes with time - like ABS speed sensors, alternator, brakes, tires, etc.
I can't wait to reach 155,000, and get that high mileage badge!

Update! Reached another birthday, 150,000 miles today! Can't wait to get to 155,000 and get that high-mileage award.
Car is still running strong, going to get new tires this month for the winter, otherwise the last few months have been trouble-free.
