01 s600 & 06 E350
2001 S600 for sale
Has about 48K miles on it. Great interior and exterior. Runs great, has about a year of warranty left on it (bought in 2007 with 4 year warranty). Asking 35K. Make an offer.

I'm sorry but you're WAY off base here. You can get a mint condition 2006 S600 with similar miles for less money.

As Gondon has said if you can get something beginning with a '2', even if it following by zeros and nothing else, bite the persons arm off.

Im asking $19k for my 2000 s430 with 190k miles

Dude even if this was a Brabus/Renntech car you have no chance in hell at $35k

S65s are selling for that much!

Wow 35. Just got my 01 S600 clean title mint condition for 9700 and only 42K mi. It was in storage for 5 yrs. Yeah I know thanks. I was friggin thrill too

Hate to tell you guys but all of your cars are priced out of market. I just sold my 2004 430 for 16K and it has 132K on the clock and I thought I was very fortunate given the fact that KBB has it for 17 and change. 35k for a 600 that's and 01 is just unreasonable. Even in Tusabes case someone has to really like that car to give 19k for a 2000 but, ya'know thinking about it, I know there are some who unknowingly would, just to have a benz.... But the 600 I just can't see it. I'd say 10K for the 2000, and 15 to 18 for the 600. Both of these cars are money pits but good luck to both of you.

Tuabes...

WHat about the AMG C class.. is it sold? what are you asking for it? Looks like I may need a commuter car.

I was just joking about asking 19k for my s430, to show how ridiculous it is (notice the smiley)...I know its not even worth half that...and I paid $5400 for it.

OP would be lucky to get half the $35k he is asking.

And yes I do have the c36 AMG. Somewhere in the $5-6k range will take it. PM me if interested.

i know miles is much higher, but i have seller offering me 2001 S600 with 90K miles for $10,595.

black/black mint condition but i have not inspect it yet. is this too good to be true? should i run away?

I think it's a good price. Jus make sure you get it checked out. If you're in NJ area (noticed that you're in NYC) there's a guy on Craigslist claiming to be a Mercedes expert and wil come with you to check the car out at a dealer for $100.

C36 for only $5-6K? that's much less than I'd expect.

The early W220s and V12s are notoriously unreliable. It's a lot of car for the money but when things to start to go wrong make sure you have plenty of $$$ in the piggybank!

The way the '03 and more recent 220s have depreciated you should be able to get a newer, much more reliable, more powerful (like 60% more powerful) car for only a few grand more.

I am sure you all agree that used car prices for the W220 are unbelievably low. Expensive Airmatic and ABC problems that seem to happen to all of these cars must have a role in this huge depreciation.

yep, the expensive repairs are the main reason the depreciation is so high
