The offset should be stamped on the back side of the wheels

My 2000 S500 with factory Mercedes-Benz W219 CLS63 AMG wheels. I am running no wheel spacers and the car is lowered. When I installed these several years ago they did rub slightly in the rear however after a little rolling no issues.

Specs:
Front
Tire Size 255/35/19
Width 8.5Jx19
Offset ET25

Rear
Tire Size 275/30/19
Width 9.5Jx19 ET28

They look like S65 wheels. If they are factory S65 wheels the offset on the front is fine but the rear offset will be 60.

A15mm spacer would take it back to stock for a non S65. I am no expert on spacers but I would guess longer bolts would also be needed.

Also I do NOT need to get the $200/each tpms sensors right? My understanding is my existing sensors will carry over as theyre the bolt on

Sorry for the late reply, been traveling. I replaced the TPMS sensors with my last set of tires about 2 years ago. They were still original and the batteries were failing after 7 years. As I recall they cost about $65 each at Tire America (Discount Tire) with the new tires.
One other point on the TPMS. The units changed over time. The receiver in the 2004 may have used a different frequency than the 2006. Your installer should know or be able to look it up.

In my eyes These wheels are near perfect - they are incredible
Please tell me what they are brand ? Or if anyone knows of any replicas I would be so appreciative of any assistance anyone could offer..

45 offset or something very close (44 or 46 etc)
many rims use a 30 or 35 offset which will stick out too far

Very happy with the result, now i just need to lower it about 2cm with links front and rear, and i need to fix some small gutter rash on 2 of the kleemann rims
Getting rims for my s600 and still scratching my head on tires. Rims are 9x20 front and 10.5x20 rear. The manufacture would offset it based on model of car. Tires im looking at are 245/35/20 Front 275/30/20 for rear, or going a little thicker 255/35 front and 285/30 rear. Any recommendations ?

255/35 front and 285/30 rear

you will need to trim the plastic rear bumper tabs if they rub

There's quite a few options on eBay, or was a year or two ago.

Do you guys think an 18 x 9.5 +44 would be ok for the front? Leaning towards a square set-up (RWD s500 sport). Maybe add 5mm spacers in the rear. Got a few hours of research time into this lol, seems ok?
Think I want to stick with 18's due to tire costs/comfort but also considering:

19x8.5 square with 38 offset
19x8.5 front with 38 offset and rear 19x9.5 rear with 43 offset
19x8.5 front with 38 offset and 19x9.5 rear with 40 offset

Appreciate any feedback. Cheers.

Stayed conservative and went with 19 x 8.5 +45. 245-40-19. Had a budget, really wanted this design in 9.5 for the rear but nobody had them in stock. I may go with some spacers for the rear. The stock lug nuts are much longer than what can fit with these rims, should have thought of that, luckily I had some old/shorter lugs from another e-class. Also needed to replace all 4 tire sensors.
