Just a few questions
What year is your car?
How many miles does it have on it?
6000 miles over on service. Which service A, B etc?
If everthing on the car is working fine then I would carry it to the MB dealer or a very good independent MB mechanic, and have it checked out and do both oil change.
I'd take it to a Mercedes independent in your area, and do the oil change, make sure they use Mobil 1 synthetic. (0W40 is what I use) Jiffy lube may not use the right filter, oil, and who knows what.
You need to stick to MB recommended oils, and filters. MB requires a fleece filter; Jiffy Lube likely doesn't have it, and if they do, I doubt it will be of the required quality.
You can sign up as an owner on the MBUSA website - it's free - and download a copy of your owner's manual if you don't have one. For some good reading and troubleshooting on your car, see the pdf file at post 36, https://mbworld.org/forums/s-class-w...rt-here-2.html - it also tells you how to download other manuals.

That is pretty high, but I have no idea of your risk factors or coverage limits. However, I pay less per year to insure two Mercedes, with fairly high coverage limits and low deductibles.

The Best of Mercedes & AMG
That is a lot for insurance
, I pay about $1100/year, full coverage etc, etc. There are a lot of things that affect your insurance other than tickets
: age, zip code, married, own or rent a home, garage, even the color of the car, safety features, crime in your zip code, credit score, have you ever been dropped by another company etc
. The insurance companies are ALL linked with information. Have you tried shopping around on the internet or calling around. The insurance companies will use every means to jack the price up.I doubt any warranty worth having will cover a car with 152,000 miles on the clock.

AAA is high.
I would not pay $350 for an inspection they will just "find things"
Your car is well past the extended warranty that was put into effect on the cluster. If you're not under the recall (which has no expiration date), the $600 repair is your best option. You can check the links in the Encyclopedia for repairs, and see if the prices are any lower.
