V60 Bluetooth Phonebook issue with Iphone

V60 Bluetooth Phonebook issue with Iphone
I have a 2000 S-500 with Universal PSE (Q6820971), V60 Cradle Eliminator Cable (Q6820976), and V60 Bluetooth Cradle Adaptor (B67875856). I use an Apple Iphone 3GS.
It works fine, except i do not get any Phonebook download. I am wondering what the possible solutions to this are?
Is this a known incompatibility?
Is there a method for changing to the MHI Bluetooth Interface Module instead of the V60 Bluetooth Cradle Adapter?

I have the same exact setup. Mine works fine. First of all, what's your iPhone's OS version?
Recent OS versions of iPhone has an option in the bluetooth connections to automatically download contacts. It can be turned on or off.

In the Iphone's Bluetooth Device it says:
Sync Contacts ON
Phone Favorites OFF
Phone Recents OFF
Other Groups
All Contacts Checked

I deleted the MB Bluetooth profile from the Iphone. Then i started the pairing process over. This time it did download the phonebook. However, it seems to have a mind of its own in selectively showing entries.
The profile says All Contacts is checked.
Any idea of how to get all of them?

same exact setup as mine. I have a 2000 S500 also. Maybe you could try clearing the V60 puck of all devices and unpair your iPhone... and re-pair them again? Better try anything other than spending more money as the setup seems to be OK.

i have tried pairing with my wife's Iphone (same 3GS, etc) but with a much smaller phone book. It uploads but still doesn't get all of the entries.

Try the process at post #5, http://www.benzworld.org/forums/audi...ok-2009-a.html - but first try turning Bluetooth off on your iPhone, then re-pairing it. If that doesn't work, try the software corrections in iTunes.
