I Just Got My S500!!!!

Charcoal/Black, Parktronic, Comfort Seats, V.60 phone (very, very, very cool), CD, and Wood package (the wood wheel makes the car).

Paid $1,500 over invoice...$1,405 per month for 39 months. Gave them $200 and brought my payment to $1,399 for the mental factor (the little things that make us feel good!)

I'll post pics tomorrow, my wife and I are going for a long cruise...

Nice price, nice color combo. All you need is the wood shift knob. ;-)

Congratulations, Taurian. Can you check to see if the COMAND system plays audio CD's? That's the only thing I never tested. Thanks!

Thanks All!

I just spent 2 hours playing with every knob and dial. What a car. Jaeger, the wood package comes w/ the wheel and the shift knob. Love that option!

I'll post picks in the morning, however, the car is getting tinted in 2 days, I may wait for that!

Karma,

The in-dash CD player DOES play audio CD's. Very useful. Well, it rained here today (again), so I'll post pics when it clears. At least it was nice when I drove the car off the lot!

I'd be even glader if they would stash that cd changer where one can access it inside the cabin.

He paid $1500 over invoice not over sticker. Two different things.

The invoice price is what the dealer pays for the car. The sticker price is what the manufacturer says the car should sell for. The dealer makes profit from the differance between the two. So he got a $1500 markup from invoice and a $1500 discount from sticker. But by no means he paid a markup over sticker like the SL55's are going for.

1500 mark up from invoice does not always mean 1500 discount from sticker.
