See https://mbworld.org/forums/audio-ele...ml#post2788377 and pay particular attention to posts 1, 3, and 6. The simplest installation for you is the Cradle Eliminator Cable and the V60 puck. Follow the information on the PSE; you may or may not need the universal PSE.
While that will get you Bluetooth phone capability, it will not provide A2DP music streaming. To get music playback from your iPhone (or an iPod) see www.dension.com and check the devices compatible with Mercedes and the D2B fiber optics bus. With those devices, plugging the iPhone in will get you music, and the Bluetooth puck will get you phone capabilities.
There are other devices you may come across that provide A2DP streaming, and provide Bluetooth and iPod connectivity in one unit (iTronics and mObridge, for example). Some of these are excellent, but they are for cars with the MOST fiber optics bus, not D2B. They cannot be used with your car.
