DAM MERCEDES/ well i guess there ok
today i got in a car crash it was a major one
i was going straight on a street and the light turned yellow theres no way i can stop so i went on the yellow
this idiot decides to make a left and i swirve to avoide try hittin him. well i hit him and some other car
neways cops are saying its hi fault
let me go where i say mercedes sucks
I SURVIVED AND NOTHING HAPPENED NOT EVEN A SCRATCH (except burn from air bags) BUTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT the side airbags did not open and the girl that was with me hit her head on the window

This means the "idiot" (we'll presume it's the other person and not you) basically made a left hand turn while his light was red? That's the only possibility because there is a 5 second delay between when your light turns red and his turns green and unless you were going like 2mph through the intersection, which obviously was not the case because you couldn't stop for the yellow I don't see how it was his fault. Maybe you ran a red, I can see how you can get yellow and red mixed up.
Oh and there's other ways to avoid contact besides swerving into people, it's called braking.
I have a feeling you are leaving something out in your story so that all of us don't really start to ridicule you. Hope your mom doesn't mind that you wrecked her car.
BTW why would the side airbags go off in a frontal collision (which is what this sounds like)?

First, the scratches and now the crash. Man, better luck next time! If you were inside the intersection, you'd have the right to finish your move even if your light turned red. If someone is in the intersection with you, never assume he or she notice what you wanted to do. Be patience, young man and you'd live longer. :

it was yellow for me not red the cop even said it was the other guys fault
i told the office i dont know why i turned right but i just did. his words "the reaction thats actually the right think to do"
its not a big deal really im not pissed i have insurance and so did the driver

is it possible to get the 2003 head lights from the dealership? iv my car isnt totalled id like to put the 2003 xenon lights in there

my slk went into snowbank and flipped over, all i needed was a small band-aid for my hand, some glass shattered, no airbags went off, car was totalled, thats mercedes safety there! i'd be dead if was some other car, the front didnt collide directly and no airbags went off, they didnt need to and i wouldve gotten more injured if they did.
