Hello,
Personally, I don't know the where is stops at the S600 to the S65 and at what year?
I can personally tell you my S65 can reach 160 mph easily. Both cars in my opinion are coming rare due to the end of the V-12, 2019 anniversary. If this helps, my previous owner told me that my 2007 S65 AMG Reentech can reach 207 mph, I've personally been over 160, it's scary after that.

I think factory is 156 mph for the S55/S600/S65. Adjusted it becomes 186 mph. Remapped I think it's 200+
My S430 hits exactly 156 mph (Limiter is 130 mph) and not a mile faster. (I was even going down a hill the 4th time on my way to Vegas)
