'04 MY changes

'04 MY changes
it looks like i might be ordering an '04. i met with my dealer today and they have the new dealer ordering guides. hadn't seen this information here yet definitively, so thought i'd share some quick data.
* the audio system will be "ready" for Sirus satellite radio. from what i can gather, the basic audio system is updated and the actual Sirius units will be installed by your dealer if you want it. so it should be addable after the fact.
* the tranny will be changed to a seven speed setup EXCEPT for 4MATIC cars which will retain the existing tranny (so now 4MATIC means no ABC and no 7 speed).
* the nav system will be upgraded to DVD.
* the tire pressure monitor functionality is apparently now standard equipment.
* many of the option packages are being tweaked around.
i will try to post more details as i can get them. hope this is helpful.
no data yet on pricing for anything.

There are no cosmetic changes to the MY04 S.
Granite Grey is a new color choice; Wedgewood Blue has been deleted.

Notice that it shows DVD-Nav for 2004 as well as DD 5.1 decoding.
The big question here is whether 5.1 decoding will make it into US models as that would almost certainly mean DVD video playback.
