LED Parking Light

Hello, recently ordered 2x Canbus Parking light LEDs for my w220, both the lights work but I get error message on the screen, can I use them until I have gotten new ones even though I get the error message or shall I replace them and put back the old ones?

cheers

I will send the lights back, and use my old ones....

Anybody know where I can buy LEDs for the parking light that gives no error?

Are you talking about the little bulbs in the headlight housing or the little yellow one on the side? I assume its the one in the headlights (they both use T10 wedge style). Sometime it gives error codes and sometimes it doesn't.

The best way to go around this is to use your stock yellow lights and wire the LED bulbs to the stock in order to keep the error message away. The error free bulbs on ebay or wherever you may find them will fail one day, even though it will still light up. I wasted countless dollars on "new error free" bulbs that I just decided to go with that set up. I had a professional do this.

Yes, Im talking about the yellow lights in the headlight housing, it just destroys the look with the xenon and then those bright yellow lights...

I dont really understand, how did you do this? Would you mind taking pictures of it?

I have LED license plate lights. I get an error if I start the engine with the lights on, but no error if I start the engine first.

I used non-LED bulbs, led gives me a headache with the error code. I used PIAA 19172 168 Xtreme White Wedge Bulb on amazon, it gives a blueish hue, but not as nice as an LED but works 100% with no error code or flickering.

My license plate LED light works but it throws code so I put my DRL on "constant" and place the headlight knob to "0", lights still go on with no code that way.

Ok, I have order 1 new pair of LED's which the seller said to me will work, since he used the same ones in his w220, but if they wont work or gives me error codes I will buy something similar to yours cause i cba to buy and buy and buy and mess with error codes
