See attached parts listing for correct part number ie 0001403785
I found many used ones for sale on eBay. It sounds like you may have other issues rather than the pump though. Hard to believe that you have tried two used ones and neither worked. Check for power and ground to the pump. Mine runs plenty loud when it runs.

I have three used ones right now and none of them work , & like I said I found a high resistance in the ground wire to the secondary air pump but I am not really sure what that means , im in school for auto tech & my techer says that means it needs a new pump ....
I just still think he might be wrong I think if ground has high resistance that must mean it has a bad ground ?

Good news. Pump is now running so should not throw same code.
Be sure to clear the active code then shut the car off and restart. CEL should stay off.

Well that's the only problem is that
The adaptor to our scan tool in the shop has gone missing
Now I can't clear the code will it go away by itself ?

It is the strangest thing , I cleaned the ground wire from engine to chasis , & the resistance went back down to about 4 ohms , but the next day the resistance was high again , 9 ohms I know that the secondary air pump has a relay but I have two of them and they are both good , is there a fuse for the secondary air pump as well ? also the noise that I had thought was the secondary air pump was my airmatic pump running coninueously , I found a cracked hose on the airmatic pump & now the air ride is smooth again but im still scratching my head on this secondary air pump issue , a fellow technition told me that the secondairy air pump malfunction could damage the the manifold , I also believe that it effects the over all performance of the car maybe im wrong ? any tips intput is greatly appreciated !

Hi, can anyone know the part number for the connector?
Today, I changed the Coolant Temperature Sensor. Beforehand, I removed the 2nd air pump - every thing is successful.
However, when I reinstalled the pump, the connector cracked and now I use head tube with zip tie as a workaround.
I spent something to look up the part number for this connecter but ain't found it. Thanks.

That is just a simple electrical connector for the ground/earth connection. A replacement should be available at any auto parts store - it doesn't have to be visually identical.

Thanks - I just need the plastic cover - now it's okay but not nice. For safe, I may tea dielectric grease to the connector to safeguard no short circuit/spark or sth.

How loud should a perfectly functioning pump be?
My original pump went bad, I replaced with an aftermarket unit (CEL off, passed emissions) and it makes an unacceptable level of noise at startup, so I've unplugged it again. Is this what I deserve for not replacing with OEM?
