2003 W220 owners- aux jack is a good thing
Started using the aux jack for not only SIRIUS, but also Pandora and Tune-In radio. It works just fine, and saves money and not wasted resources as we already have three SIRIUS vehicle subscriptions with only two drivers.
No need fretting over not having built in satellite radio option, the aux jack with android phone works well and overs a lot more supplemental options over straight satellite radio.

A BT cassette adapter pairs wirelessly to the media player so no messy wire, but requires occasional re-charging.
The best solution for a 220 is a MoBridge Bluetooth/iPod module. It installs on the fiber optic network (replaces the cd changer) and adds streaming audio, a dedicated iPod connection and an aux in. Sound quality is excellent but it's a $700 piece.
