Presuming that's where it should be, drive the car around for a few minutes and it should recalibrate itself and level out.
Adjusting the front is simple. There is a tiny rod near the front strut this controls front height right and left. You can buy these turnbuckles to adjust side to side in the front.
The rear has one adjustment that controls both this adjuster is above the rear differential. You can adjust this with shims but it doesnt allow for Right left adjustment just up/down

Any creaking in the front are ball joints, replace them and itll be okay.

The pump releases air when parking to protect the air struts, this is normal usually can go down up to an inch.
