S600 engine fitted in S320

Hello friends,I would like-im thinking to do the following "tuning" in my car. i have a 1999 S320 ,and i have some problems with airmatic. (of course)and some other issues that i need to fix. instead of buy the parts, i find two other solutions: 1. i found one 2000 S320 with 120k miles.and lpg fitted for the last 15k miles.in very good condition,so i take this car , take off all the parts i need, also lpg ,and keep the rest or sell them online.
2. and the more interesting option ,buy an 2003 S600 with 130k miles . (in the same price with the s320,the difference is that the 600 is crashed in both sides left-right,but all the mechanic parts and engine is ok,also the airmatic)and fit the 500ps engine with transmission ,brakes, airmatic and all electronics in my car.is this possible?i have the short version and s600 is the long.what do you thing?dont tell me to change car,is NOT an option for me.
Thank you.

You'll need to get the s320

The s600 has abc hydraulic suspension. Not airmatic . And you cannot easily swap in the v12

Why not just buy some used suspension parts and fit those?

I thought I was ambitious - but a V12 in place of a V6? Wow.

I'm not sure you realize how complex it would be to completely swap every component from the s600- the miles of wiring , numerous computer boxes , not to mention the complete drivetrain

You'd need to take both cars down to the metal frame and be doing a frame off restoration on a $5000 car . Nobody does that because it makes no sense time wise

But just think how much fun he will have showing other drivers how fast his '99 S320 is...

Not to mention how much more often he will get to see the nice folks at the petrol center.

Are the frames even the same? Often, manufacturers will use different K memebers for different engine assemblies. I would highly doubt that the 6 cylinder engine mounts are the same as the V-12, think location and size here.

Could it be done, sure, but at what cost

I have done two 4 cylinder to V8's conversions in my life and there was NOTHING easy about them. Also, they were pre electronic era so I can't even imagine the headaches you would have chasing CEL's.

K-members (or known as subframes) are bolted to the unibody, so that could be changed over.

that said, doing this makes no sense with s600s being as cheap as they are.
