New to me 2004 s430w4

Hey all just picked up a new to me 2004 s430w4, it has 88k on it and has an one of the most comprehensive service histories I have seen. I had the local dealer, Bobby Rahal run it for me before I bought it and the Service Manager said the PO had everything serviced on the car religiously at the dealer. He told me it looked like the front shocks were replaced and that the crank positioning sensor was just replaced. Car looks and drives great and everything on it works. I plan to change all the fluids and filters and doo some other odds and ends.
My main question is I have been researching adding Bluetooth. It seems like the 04 w220's are one of the easiest cars to add Bluetooth to. Is this just for calling or can I also stream music? The pictures for the install don't seem to be up anymore but it sounds fairly easy. If I can't stream music is the only option a Denison unit? I may go with the USB if that's the case since its a quarter of the price.
Thanks in advance.

I have a 06' S500 and it was not wired for the phone in the armrest. If you have one, you can get the bluetooth adapter puck that swaps for the phone. This still will not give you an aux input.

I went with the Denison Gateway 500 unit and it is not that bad to install. If you have a trunk mounted CD changer, you will need to change the order of it in the fiber optic loop. It is not that hard to do and I just used the cables that came with the kit. You will also need to pick up a cheep set of "Stereo Install Tools" to pull the trim in the trunk. You only need a T20 driver to get to the radio.

Great thread and helped a lot.

I am also a Sirius radio fan and did a factory install also. eBay is your friend.
