If so You have water damage . Pull up the passenger carpet and dry out with hair dryers . Dry out the fuse box . Clear the drain at the bottom of that plastic reservoir with a long screwdriver or chopstick as shown . Do not start car you'll fry the electronics. If you have comprehensive auto insurance they should cover water damage
