Anyone here installed these in their w220? I've been seeing them on Alibaba/Aliexpress. Also I saw some videos on YT of people who installed them on what looks to be their w220s. Just wondering if anyone here had any success.

I have just fitted one...brilliant kit.

 

Oh yeah? How was the fit? Did you put it on your 05 CL? Were there any issues with fitment? Seen some that had fitment issues. Also did you hook up audio through the fiber optic line or used their wiring kit?

 

Does anyone know why all of these kits are only up to 2005? Between that and the fact MB stopped prewiring the phones as standard equipment in 06 I'm starting to think buying an 05 would have been better than the 06 I bought!
