Got problems with door lock/soft close/air in seats
Helle got a w220 s320 1999
Recently got problems with soft close not working, door locks and seat air, head couch air at the same time, anyone got some ideas? vaccum pump, fuse, leakage?

2003 S500 2007 GL450
On my 2003 S430, the system fuse is a yellow 20-Amp behind the floor light behind the rear passenger's (right side) heels.
If that isn't the problem, time to check the PSE pump in the forward left corner of the trunk.

All of those features are operated by the same pump. If none of them are working, then either the pump is bad or there's a blown fuse. If the fuse is blown, then there's a chance there's a leak in the system causing the pump to run longer than necessary.

Is it FUSE #62 in the back seat? Because It seems to be fine, and I cant tell if its that one either....
Is it the same fuse system from 99 to 200X? Or did they change it... any different from US to EU?

Ok, so I used the pull out power from pump 30sec and it worked, everything worked just when I pushed the "head wrests down" button to get em down the fuse blew.. so I what does this tell me? that there is a leakage with the headrests?

Can it be because there was a 30A fuse there and I added 20A fuse... tho the recommended is 20A I've read... so ill put 30A back in tomorrow and see if it still blows .. I dont understand why there would be a 30a instead of the regular 20a fuse?

I'm currently dealing with a similar issue. I blew the 20A fuse. I replaced it with a spare and blew the spare in about 3 minutes of use.
I went ahead pulled the pump out and the motor was pretty much toast. I can barely get the impeller to spin. There are some signs of the plastic board melting a bit too, but I did a pressure test on it and it seems to be okay.
I'm half way through the process of changing out the motor, and adding a heat sink copper coil to the hot side. Hopefully both those changes will get me up and running again soon.
