Nice wheels! What size are those?
Not enough close-up shots of the wheels - is there a deeper dish on the rears? How much they set you back?
Your cousin's wheels aren't worth cleaning more than once, though.
PS: IMHO the '03 front/rear lights aren't worth it, kind of like adding a sprinkler next to your pool- unless you want your MB to look a little more like a lexus...

From several angles, the 03 headlights don't look too good when compared to the 00-02s.

Those rims are lovely though.

The rimms are 19 inch and the tyres are 245/40/R19 and 275/35/R19.
What is a dish?
i have more close ups but i cant post them maximum size 1 byte whats up with that ???????
I paid almost 10000€ incl michelin pilot sport tyres.

Yeah and i feel the same abt the headlights expect the lexus part ...

And why dont u like the Carlsson RS 1/16 rimms if i can ask????

PS
Thanx abt the nice response hihihi

Im serious!!

I kinda like the way the car looks now the only thing that i want is the quad exhaust from AMG and then i think it will be complete.

Abt the new lights i like them alot but i like them with the new grill and everything it goes in harmony. So if change i have to change alot of things and i dont really think its worth it.

Maybe it's because the car was initially designed with the other headlights in mind. With the new headlights, it leaves it looking kind of empty.

Agreed, the new lights are stunning, really shows off the jewellery of the front lamps. The rears are equally stunning.

Al, thanks much for the compliments. The 03-04 headlights and taillights were a must upgrade for me. When I first saw the new headlights I was instantly in love. Here are some more pics:

I don't understand why ppl prefer the cloudy look than the clear projectors... the 03-04 headlights are much more elegant. Looks like a Lexus? Nah, Lexus looks like Mercedes, I think that was their goal since the begining. Toyota wanted something that looked expensive, why not copy the benz?

OK mister sportlichE430

Your comment about my rims is unacceptable so why don´t you meet up with me at some place of your choice and I´ll just
tap-dance on your face with my fists to get even

Anywayz its clear that you are not an enlightened person and that you have never expierinced the magic of Carlsson´s rims.

For your defence it can be said that the pic does´nt do the rims justice it was cloudy and cold and the fact that my couzin had his damn car besides mine

IMHO those Carlsson's have more ribs than the condoms my wife just threw out. You must have to go through a lot of toothbrushes to keep them clean. Maybe it's because my step-dad is from Sweden, no, not really I do like some of the 2 piece Carlsson wheels.

My bad, the new lights look good, esp. at night - I just think it's a pretty expensive upgrade - buy an '03 next year? - sure Lexus copied the MB body style, but from what I remember Lexus was first with the clear lighting elements - part of their electronics background

Ahhh!
Mister sportlichE430

Carlsson is a german company not Swedish...their name is swedish wich they got loaned from an employee...their engine tuner if my memory serves me correct

The rims are´nt such a big deal to clean if you´re not lazy. If you´re a person who loves his car and really takes his/her time to thoroughly and lovingly cleans his/her car then it does´nt mak any difference

As for the die clearglass sheinwerfers do you guys know anyone who has changed to them so Mae can get look

Sherrybabes,

Yes, amazingly the company utilises a name which honours Swedish rally driver Ingvar Carlsson, who together with Björn Waldegard and Walter Röhrl, made history in a Mercedes Rally Team. That's still too much Swedish for me.

Guess, I'm lazy to clean a wheel that looks like the inside of a GE turbine engine, whether it's clean or full of brake dust. Being in Sweden you should have plenty of other ways to occupy your time, sherry/babes?

PS: There have been plenty of threads ref. clearglass sheinwerfers installs within this forum
