Vandalism
The damages to my boy 04 S430 is in the $2500 range to repair. I think I need to go through with the repair as I have no skills with body works. Check out these images

I really can't stand those who have no respect for other people's property. Don't know where you live, but in my neck of the Pennsylvania woods, that kind of action would usually be met with 00 buck. Suffice it to say, we have no vandalism in my neighborhood.

My problem with this issue is that he's going to strike again and I can't do anything about it. Even if I have a video of the act, there's nothing the cop can do. I'm in a bad situation.

Your boy isn't making any enemies now is he? Random act of vandalism sucks, like love taps in SF street parking, almost nothing you can about it.
Instead of repairing, did you consider getting an amg front bumper and then painting it?

The boy drives too slow and probably ****-off the neighbors. I took the car to an Autobody Shop and I noticed slow responses. Looked down and saw the car runs in comfort mode. That's his driving style.

So wait... you're saying the dog knows how to write in cursive as well? Look at the second picture of the front bumper. Is that writing or is it just me?

Those are the peelings of the clear bra. He scratched through the clear bra and onto the paint surface.

Well, you could always call the dog catcher. Or, in the state of PA if an animal is destroying property, the home owner has the legal right to permanently dispatch it from this world.

Deers are running around my property. I was worried about them but wasn't from a dog until now. 
Dealing with a neighbor dog makes it's a difficult situation.

If you know who the dog belongs to, you can always try to resolve the matter with the owner first. Maybe they can even pay for the repairs if you have proof it was their dog.
I too have to negotiate wandering herds of deer during their migratory months before and after winter. They're a pain in the ***... rats with antlers. On top of that, I've got wild turkeys and black bears roaming around. I almost hit 3 bears one night as they scampered in front of my car. Scared the crap out of me.

Their father came over to access the damages then he said his dog is a military trained dog and would not do anything like that.
I just have a bad neighbor that lets his dog running around illegally.

Set up a video camera to record. If you see the dog molesting the car again, then you have evidence for small claims court. Reminds me of a time when my neighbor got a new labrador puppy. The damn thing would claw at the bug screen on my porch door to the point that it tore. The last time I caught the dog in the act, I was ready with a spray bottle of vinegar and tabasco sauce. I sprayed the dog right in the mouth. That was the last time it messed with my porch door.

Being the recipient of vandalism is not good. I am sorry this a happened to you. They touched both your plastic bumper and your fender, that is what increased your repair cost to be so high. You might want to look for a bumper repair service, they are basically mobile auto body repair shops, they can fix the plastic and metal fender, typically a reduced cost from traditional body shop. Look for one that others have used though, there are many that are not as reputable.

I think I only need to get three parts: the left front fender, the grille and the lower front bumper. It would be cheaper to get the silver pieces and my free labor.
