Hey Colorado I have done the rear tail lites
And soon to be ordering the new Bi-xenon's, prices as follows,
Tail lites $300.00-350.00 thru any Benz dealership all you have to do to make them fit is cutt off an extra tab and remove an extra bolt then they fit perfect. For the head lites that are allready retro fitted you can buy them thru performanceproducts.com the Xenon's are about $2500.00 and the clear halogens are about $1,000 another place that is great for head lites is autowerks there in San Diego, neat thing about them is they will install them for you which involves loosening your front bumper for install and resetting factory code to read the new xenon's.
Well that's where I'm going, hope this helps

The tailights are very easy to do, you can do this yourself, being careful only when you have to cut those tabs. Also, a lot of people do not realize, your tailights have to be "alligned" so that one side doesn't look brighter than the other.
The headlights are hard, you will want a professional to do it. The wheels have to be taken off, the bumper lowered, and depending on if you had xenons or not, your computer reprogramed, etc.. etc.

I am really picky, a lot of people do not notice it, but I did. If you tighten the screws unevenly on both sides, it can be noticed (by me any ways).

What do you mean? I have replaced the tailights on mine and they look to have the same brightness.
