Question Where can I purchase these flares...

Does anyone know where I can purchase flares like these? TIA

Besides being able to add fatter tires underneath, I believe these would look awesome on my Impala

Thank you.

Seeing how I like the way the flares look on the Merc, I thought that it would look equally as well on my Imp since, if you look closely, the Imp and the Merc have similar body lines down the side.

If youd like to see more pics of the car above click HERE and then click on "S-Klasse W220" to the right. I just love the look of that car with them fat wheels/tires.

If you look at http://www.mae-autodesign.de/pdf/Editorial.pdf it seems that they offer the flares seperately, which birngs me back to my original question...does anyone know where to purchase these?

Initially I thought those fenders were a custom job as replacing the body panel with the flares is kind of a lot of metal to swap out.

I wouldn't do it if I were you unless it's a pure show car. Takes a lot away from the classiness of the car.

Try a baseball bat? That's what a few of my friends and their respective LS400's did.

Ok now if would of suggested chrome fender flares, then yea I do deserve to be

I was hoping they were sheetmetal, that way I wouldnt have to worry about cracks forming where the fiberglass (or whatever) is bonded to the sheetmetal. Besides having a shop do these from scratch is mucho $$$ and may not turn out the way I want/like. This way they have the basic shape and would only have to do minor mods to attach them. I would call the MAE shop, but I dont speak German.

Its in the works....although its not "a" supercharger or "a" turbo but twins, as in twin-turbo

The reason I am lookin for the flares is because as it is now I am maxed out with the 345s and want/need to upgrade to 355/25/19 tires out back. In order for me to fit them back there I need to either notch the frame or add flares. I didnt want to notch the frame due to safety issues that could arise.

On a side note...do you know of anyone who is a MAE dealer here in the US that perhaps I could call to see if the above flares are available for purchase. Thanks.

Hes NOT asking for MAE flares on his Impala, just flares like it, he wants the flare effect. Its totally different to what you are making it out to seem like, get a grip man.
