W220 2005 s600 PSE problems

So I’m working on an 05 s600, and it came in to have the PSE replaced, so of course before I went to replace it I checked fuse 13, 72,74,62,80 and they’re all good. Battery voltage is ok. Soft close doors, trunk opener from inside the car, locks, and rear headrests ALL DO NOT work. plugged in the new PSE and no noise from it whatsoever, problems still persist. help!

Welcome! Please post a photo of the S600. There is a section on this site specific to your vehicle where you might get a faster reply by posting the question there.

Where did you get the new PSE pump?
Do you have the STAR diagnostic tool to re-initialize the new pump?

Your S600 has options that other W220 models likely didn't have - so your PSE pump needs to be coded to those options to work correctly. The coding is done with STAR. No Autel, or other good brand, of diagnostic tool can do this or check the status of your pump. You can't just put a PSE pump in that car, which is what I suspect the previous person did...

You can replace the PSE pump without needing to code anything, only if you match the part numbers between your original pump and the replacement pump.

A pump with a different part number will need to be coded via STAR.

I think that the PSE pump does need to be coded thru DAS to match the pumps's operation with the options installed on your car.

Pretty certain that it needs to be coded.
The part numbers match across a variety of car models. It's a universal part, so each circuit needs to be matched to the car's options.

From WIS AR80.20-P-2700M

Step 6 "If the PSE is replaced version coding must be accomplished via STAR DIAGNOSIS"
