I Finally Got the Brilliant Exhaust Headers for the W220 S600!
So I finally ended up getting the Brilliant Exhaust Headers from Sasaki-San. There is still alot to do. But my excitement didn’t let me wait.
The workmanship on these are amazing. Each manifold weighs about 13lbs or so. I imagined a V12 header to be much bigger but these are quite compact(guess due to them being equal length). Each tube was built as a slip-on style and are not fully welded so there will need to be final welds once it’s fitted to the engine. Attached are some pictures. I’ll be making a video shortly to show the workmanship. It’s amazing!
I can’t believe I’m at this stage right now after almost 3 years lol! Anyways enjoy the pics I’m putting up first in this site. And apologies to the admins in advance since I started a new thread. The other thread might be too convoluted as this will take a different direction.
P.S. As explained above that each tube is sorta modular cuz they will need final welds once in engine hence the ports appear misaligned.
