Side Marker Light
Side Marker Light
my left side marker light was out for the longest time so I took it out of the assembly and replaced it with the other bulb from the working right side to see if maybe it was an issue with the ball or an issue with the electrical stuff. I put it in and it didn't seem to work in that side either but then I put it back in the right side and it didnt work even though it did before I'm pretty sure the left bulb was just blown out. But did I possibly blow a fuse?

I have the same issue. My driverside marker comes on and goes off on its own. Nothing wrong with the bulb. It started doing that after I put leds in it. I thought I needed load resistors to make it work. I installed resistors and still driverside is giving ms problems. Even after I removes the leds and resistors, same thing

First - there is no physical fuse on the marker light circuit. A small computer monitors the current draw on the circuit. If the measured current draw is too low or too high, the computer will stop supplying power to that circuit. It will periodically check (upon cranking, for example) to see if the situation is corrected. This makes troubleshooting the circuit difficult.
Common problems include blown bulb, intermittently poor contact on either side of the bulb connector, a poor ground/earth connection, or (rarely) a broken filament in the bulb that makes intermittent contact or a broken wire in the circuit that makes intermittent contact.

Thanks for the info wallyp. Side marker has been the least of my worrie so I haven't looked into it. The stupid misfires in my s600 has been driving me crazy! I have spent so much money sending my coilpacks out for repair and purchasing 2 more on aliexpress since the repairs didn't hold up. The one I just recieved from Aliexpress seems to be faulty. I'm going insane trying to figure this **** out. I'm seriously considering getting the engine harness and ecu from the m279 so I can use the double coilpacks instead of this POS 12 coils in one pack

Yes, I have considered that and began to rip apart my wiring harness. Then I realized if it was the wiring then the problem would be consistent and more isolated. It's gotta be either the coilpacks or the voltage transformer. Before I sent the coilpacks to get fixed entire bank on driverside was misfiring. When I got it back entire passenger side was misfiring. Now entire driverside is misfiring again
