Photos of my new (to me) 2000 S500
Well, I also have an E430 sport, but when I drove an S500 from Texas to Vegas I decided I needed one. So I was the lucky high bidder on ebay for this one.

Suppose something spilled there. Do you think it can be removed?

1-loose the sunroof wind reflector..there very much 90's look and remind me of Honda accord look.so rip that off.
2-AMG's look nice but chrome them up black with poilshed rims dont look as sharp as chrome on black.
taillights is a IMO thing.never been into that clear taillight thing.again to Hondaish for me slap some amg tailpipes and keep your taillights unless your talking about changing them withthe 2004 lights..just dont go clear.
im getting ready to take my w140 and slap 20's on it add navigation system..i willpost pics soon for mine @ the w140 forum..but hope to also be part of you guys this year as i have my eye on a 2005 S55 hope by summer.
nice car dude enjoy it!

Looks Clean...
Looks clean with the exception of the Koolaid (that's what I think it is). Is the stain on the floor mat or on the actual carpet? Yes, updated tailights are an easy and fairly inexpensive upgrade. I have a sport package front bumper if you're interested. Let me know, its just been sitting in my garage for the last 6 months. Congratulations on your new BENZ!

Yes, I was speaking of the post 03 OE style tail lights. I have my eye on a pair on ebay.
I agree about the sunroof deflector, it will be removed!
Masturkev, how much are you looking to get for the sport front bumper? Is it painted?
Thanks for the kind replies everyone.

Oh and BUB lose the sunroof bubble, it takes away from the slickness of the car . Just mail the bubble back to the old owner and tell him to smack himself with it.lol.

Here is my timeline of the last year.
June 2004- Decided to buy this 98 ML320 (it was my first real car). I added OE xenons, and the MCS Nav system.
October 2004- ML wasn't cutting it. I got this 99 E430 sport. I added OE xenons, and 00 E55 taillights and a conservative audio system.

January 2005- After my dad's business partner bought an S500 in Texas, I drove it back to Las Vegas and "fell in love" with it on the 1,500 mile trip. So I kept my eye on ebay, and found this one.

The car was picked up this morning in Lancaster, PA. It's expected arrival date is Feb. 14. I had it shipped DAS enclosed, expedited and insured. I think it was worth it.
