With all the 'extras' all over the body, I wonder how hard it'd be waxing the car.

I can't imagine very many S-class owners worry about the difficulty of waxing their own car...

I think waxing will actually be easier because there are no body side moldings (door protection strips). Those things are extra work to wax around, not to mention how hard it is to get the water out of those strips. Waxing over the design lines will be no problem.

I'm looking at the rear fenders specifically.

I wonder what the stripes around the lights are made out of.

I think it is probably plastic but colored to look silver/clear. Anyway, no matter what wax/polish product I am using (Zaino, Zymol, etc.) I wax over the tail lights and headlights as the plastic loves the wax too.

The only thing I really get concerned about is black plastic surfaces (like the lower portion of the rear facia on AMG models) as some waxes (ones with petroleum) cause it to dull and turn white. So I use Zymol on those surfaces and have never had a problem.

This car look better everytime I see it. But does anyone know if it has remote start and in dash CD changer this time? And how many speakers does it have?

I agree that its looks, although at first appalling, are quickly growing on me. Even the interior, a blatant 7-series ripoff, is growing on me given the reviews that praise its high quality feel and excellent ergonomics (or at least in comparison the the 7er). The only thing I still really and absolutely detest is the huge fender flaring, but I suppose with big-*** wheels/tires, it'll look P I M P.

Thats the first pic I've seen where I like the looks. Could be the larger wheels. I still prefer the W220, though.
