Because it was never a hit. What is it... 408hp?
Although that's amazing power, it's just not anywhere near enough to compete with the other V12's which have all mostly gone to FI.

I think all the Lorinser cars look like **** IMO. But hey, thats just my opinion.

The side view pic of the CLS is a stock 55, nothing Lorinser about it. And I agree, the Lorinser cars all look like ***, cheesy and tasteless.

Nobody here seems to mention the Maserati. I had a chance to really examine the Quattroporte in January. It is simply stunning. It actually has all the detail and workmannship of the Bentley and the old M-B cars, but in an absolutely stunning shape. The door handles, the leather, the various leather options, the fit and finish - superb. No question for me, it is the class of the field. With all the others you come away wishing they hadn't done this or that, but not with the Maserati.
