Spotted: Black 2007 Mercedes S550 w/ AMG package

Spotted: Black 2007 Mercedes S550 w/ AMG package
tonight March 28th, was the first time i have seen the new w221 s-class.. it was so nice.. it had the amg package.. it looks better in real life then in pictures posted on this site... BTW i'm in the lower mainland of british columbia canada.. i spotted the car in richmond at a restruant when my family was leaving.. it blocked my dads vehicle from getting out of the parking spot..
first when i saw the car blocking my dads way, i was like.. hmm that car looks familiar.. and the new s-class has the same rear design as the maybach... so i thought it was a maybach at first.. then i got a bit closer.. it was the s-class.. i was like "yo dad, thats the new s-class" he said it was ugly, lol... i told my mom the starting price and shes like, "what a waste of money, i culd get several cars with that kind of money, one car aint worth it"

hmm.. by you just reading whta i posted.. is just shows that my parents can't afford one?? you must judge ppl by how they post something? i dad can well afford an s-class.. my mom just thinks its not worth it.. and to say again.. my dad can afford an slr mclearen if he wanted to.. but its not worth the paper.. cars arent the best investment you know?? thats why my father doesn't have a mercedes YET

i don't join websites to lie like some accounts that have been on this site.. i don't say im 25 or i drive a s55.. i dont say anything like that.. its just total non-sense to make up bull****.. even tho this is the net.. theres bull****ers here and there... and to state that im only 15 and my dad drives a 1998 dodge caravan.. i don't care if he doesn't have a mercedes yet.. in the long run.. he eventually will purchase one.. i only joined this site to learn stuff about certain cars.. thats why i barely post..

The difference is the people who want performance or exclusivity, or both, and are willing to pay for it. NOT ONCE should you view it as an investment, but rather what are you expecting back. Even the camry is gonna lose x percentage each year. I am 27 with an E55 for now, and I spend the money because I don't want an common car with 200 horses; I want a car able to pass on demand, not because I want to race, and one that is an extension of me essentially. Consider it a hobby or a method to get to work, not an investment. For me its a hobby.
