(yawns) photoshop by ArmorTech...... no one's actually commissioned one yet
They've (ArmorTech) only done a few rear-door stretches for the W221, 40mm rear door
In reality, only coachmaker Binz does 6 door stretches, on the W210 and W211 platforms, mostly for hotels.
For the W221, I'm waiting to see stretches by Pullman, Asbeck, Carat Duchatelet, Trasco and others

Believe it or not, there are tons of photoshopped cars in coachbuilders' catalogs, because often the various coachbuilders cannot afford to build a demonstration model until someone orders one.
