Anyone test drive the Bentleys?

It was two different magazines that pitted the S600 against the RR and the Bently Flying Spur(?). Not quite sure the exact models.
But in both articles the S600 was the winner.

The review doesn't surprise me. I have personally driven both for extended periods. While the interior is nicer looking in the Bentley, and the car has much more of a "bling factor," the Mercedes is a much better all around car. The Benz is more comfortable, handles better, and blows the Bentley away in technical feature content. The CFS compares much better with the W220.

I just got my 2007 S600 in Germany not too long ago. I went to the MB dealer here in the US to order a S550/600 for the wife and was shocked to see how many FEWER options you can have here. You can't even choose a nice looking 2-tone interior, just the Designo packages. So we went to test drive the B and my wife fell in love with the Continental GT. Totally different car, but in my opinion the S600 is better built....but we'll see how they compare after driving the 2 for a while. To me the bigger B's and RR's have always been more of a driver driven car, like the Maybach 62.

i drove the 2006 Continential GT and the new Flying Spur, the flying spur is no comparision to the S600. I thought the S600 drove a lot better and had better pick up.
