Penske Motorcars No Good

I was at penske motorcars the other day and i had the worst expieriance of my life, Im warning everyone in the market for a new car,, to please skip PMC for there next mbz.,. the management is the worst bunch of crooks i have ever come acrosss,, please spread the word, thanx

SORRY FOR THE LATE REPLY, AND I MEAN LATE, I WAS OUT OF TOWN, BUT YAH,,THEY are in w. covina. I mean, all car people are trying to hold gross some how or another. but these guys are the worst. Some of the worse gsm i have ever met. I dont want to mention any names but he knows who he is. A few of the sales mgers are cool people. ***** is a super nice person, Daniel is an awesome guy. But the rest of the sales managers can take a hike. If you are buying a car from that place work with these 2 people i mentioned , stay away from the other sales managers .Oh yah and one more thing, dont and i mean do not take your car over there for service. They have the worst set of porters, they will literely damage your car.

***** Chia is one of the nicest and smartest people ive met in the car business, to bad a talent like that is surounded by crummy uneducated people. Exeption Daniel sfu. He is also one of the brightest and very professional persons in the business as well.

I had a bad experience there as well...luckily I know better now and wiill never go there to shop benzes again.

Sorry about your misfortunes there. I have know ***** Chia for almost 14 years and he is a stand up guy. I bought my W210 E55 and W211 E55 there without issue but that was 6 and 3 years ago.

I think any dealer can fail to live up to customer expectations. In most cases, however, it is unusual, and by far the customer experience is positive at most dealerships.

I want to buy a new or used car and in three trips to Greg Penske's I was treated courteously, but with no respect for my checkbook. Now I understand any dealer who asks for sticker price for a new or hot car in the market, but to ask more than sticker for a car with $ 4,000.00 cash to dealer in the trunk is just insulting. The use of add-on stickers for such nonsense as sealer glaze and theft deterrent systems smacks of abuse.

I was amused to see used car prices higher than what you can by new cars for at other nearby dealers. A 2006 C230 was priced at 29K!

I can understand Greg's inattention to the Mercedes store. He sells a car every eight minutes down the freeway at Longo Toyota. That store contributes so much to the annual 300 million plus in sales, the Mercedes sales are little more than loose change.

I don't feel any need to toss my money in to his change tray.

Yah I agree, ***** is great, Daniel is great, but the others no good. Put it this way. ***** knows we the year is 2007. The car business is not like it used to be. The others are still stuck in the 70s and want to slam every customer. This guys like Bill Tan and Bill Dumas especially. Ive done allot of business with this dealership. My cousins, uncles,friends, myself, we all drive benzes for years now and we have done business with many so cal dealerships around. That is how I know all these people. The problem is these guys like Bill Dumas are blind when it comes to the compitition out there. There are so many brokers out there, this is not like ithe 70s or 80. This is the reality. Get with the times guy if you want to survive.
