Why is he an Idiot ??
The part he was driving on had no speed restriction so he can go as fast as he wants. When the guy pulls out the speed is 120 and he brakes without freaking out and after the guys pulls to the right he speeds up again.
I grew up in Germany and spend lots of time north of 120 MPH and its fun. Granted that was in the mid 80's and there were a lot less cars on the road then today and when i visit i cant drive as fast anymore (most of the time at least) but there is no safety concern here.
Unlike in the U.S. you have to pass a REAL drivers test and not just twice around the block in your mom's minivan so you are taught a lot more car control in Germany. Speed DOESNT kill !! Driving WITHOUT looking ahead and have your eyes on the phone or somewhere else does.
We have tons of stupid accidents here in the U.S. Not so much in Germany since the laws are a lot stricter and the punishment can be pretty bad.
