Your Opinion on BRABUS MONOBLOCK E’s

Folks would love your opinion.

Just got my Black 2007 s600 and I am going to order the BRABUS MONOBLOCK E's from our good friends at D2.

I would like to know if anyone has put these on a S550 or S600. If you have photos please pass them on.

Dont have them or anything, but I think they are quality built, classy and good looking, which is a rare combo...I would get 21's though on a new S, maybe even 22's.

I just got a set of 21s and love them. The car looks great. They also lowered it. The ride is a liitle sportier, which is what I wanted. Just becareful of the pot holes. I had mine painted black. My car is silver, but with all the black on the car already (pano roof and limo tints) it matches pretty well.

Also there is enough room between the wheel and brakes to clean the inside of the wheel with out removing it.

Do you guys have the Lorinser/Brabus body panels or is that some other after-market stuff? I love the look of the twin fog lamps and front fender/air dams. Awesome looking cars!

If it is Lorinser/Brabus, can you give me some info on where to get it done (in Texas if possible), pricing and how much does it effect the original equipment? I'm not big on messing with the original body structure esp. on a car of this magnitude, but if it can be done by an actual Lorinser/Brabus shop I'll be okay with it.

Brabus sure do have great and quality rims. Are those the designs you are going for?

I have the full Brabus body kit.

You can order the Brabus parts from CEC and have any competant body shop do the install. All the parts fit over the factory bumpers and side skirts. The factory parts need to be trimmed a bit to make the new parts fit. Ilike the Brabus one better because you dont have to mess with the front fenders.

I love the way they look. Go for them. Sporty yet safe. I don't radical wheel designs on a car this nice (well, I like to look at the radical ones, but I'd never personally have them on my car).

I think you need to splice in a harness to convert the factory plug to the two that are required for the Brabus kit.

Also there are LED lights in the side skirts and rear bumper which light up when you unlock the car or open the doors.

Why aren't you going through Brabus direct though? dealing with the middle man just sucks. I had to call for a part before and talked to Anthony over there and I got it for what i thought was a better price than anyone else.

I prefer AMG wheels and AMG bodykit.

The 20" 030 wheels for the new S/CL are stunning.

Awesome rims! Can you take some more shots from the side, rear and full frontal view? What do those rims cost?

BTW, is that an S63/65? (I noticed the 'AMG' brakes)
