Black opal is a good color too!! I saw pictures of one on an SL55. The pictures had the contrast tweaked up a bit, but man, did it look amazing.

I honestly recommend you go look at it in person. I have black opal on stone in my clk, and it looks great. I got black on biege on the s550 because that was the only car with the options i wanted. I dont think it looks bad.

Yeah, it probably looks good. There's a 2007 S600 in Black Opal with black leather that I'm interested in... we shall see how that goes. I will probably end up with a 550 if the 600 payments are sky high. haha...

I totally understand. Ey man, if you can get the 600, get it. You'll love that car. I looked at the 600 also, but i didnt want to pay that much for that car. You should try to get atleast, 10k off the 600, if not more.
